“Family is our way of life” isn’t just a slogan here at Scenic View Personal Care but our lifelong philosophy. My 30 year career in healthcare began at age 16 when I earned my nursing aide certification. Working as an aide developed my love of the elderly to the point where I recognized it as my true calling in life. As a result, I became a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in order to provide even more personalized and compassionate care. Working as an LPN throughout the Lehigh Valley has given me the opportunity to develop my own ideology of quality eldercare. I believe a quality personal care home should have a well-trained staff, home-cooked meals and a welcoming environment.
Ask anyone who has worked with me and they will gladly tell you about my relentless vision of opening my own personal care home, full of elderly residents that are treated like my own flesh and blood. In early 2020, my dream was realized when this picturesque personal care home opened up in the rolling hills of Palmerton, Pennsylvania.
As a small family-owned and operated business, I personally know each resident and pledge to provide the best care possible. Moving to Scenic View is like coming home to a family full of love, laughter and life.
